Here you will be immersed in a nurturing fusion of gentle breathwork, meditation, chanting, stretching, and repetitive movement.
In our safe and welcoming space, we seek to soothe and restore your nervous system and connect the mind and body by taking you on a journey
steeped deeply in self-compassion and kindness.
These classes are accessible to all and can be completed on the ground, standing, or in a chair.

" I care deeply about guiding gentle and nurturing yoga classes that seek to elevate the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of people in our community.
The science is clear. Regular meditation and yoga classes can alter our physiology and neurology for the better and help us cope with the feelings of stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm that naturally arise while traversing parenthood and building a family.
Each class draws from the various styles I have studied, including Kundalini, Yin, Hatha, and Buddhist philosophy.
I am close to completing 1,000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training to achieve Yoga Therapist Certification and am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science with the University of Tasmania. "
